Role
- Lead day-to-day operations, aligning cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Build and optimize business processes to support a fast-growing SaaS startup.
- Develop dashboards and track key metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets with a focus on efficiency.
- Drive organizational planning (OKRs, reporting cycles, compliance).
- Support leadership in scaling operations across different geographies.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
Sound Like You
- 8+ years of experience in operations, business management, or strategy, preferably in tech / SaaS.
- Strong project management and process design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Global operations or cross-border experience is a plus.
