Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage daily ship supply operations and ensure timely delivery to vessels
. Coordinate with customers, vessel agents, suppliers, and port authorities
. Monitor operational schedules and ensure all deliveries meet vessel timelines
. Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality services
. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery documents, and operational reports etc
. Supervise warehouse, logistics, and operational staff when required
. Ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
. Handle operational issues, complaints, and urgent vessel requests promptly
. Monitor operational costs and maintain profitability
. Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors
. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE), Ethics & Compliance, and Food Safety (if applicable) policies
. Perform any other duties as requested by the Head of Ops and the Director

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
. Minimum 8 years of experience in marine supply, shipping, or logistics operations
. Good knowledge of ship chandling and port operations
. Strong communication and coordination skills
. Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational matters
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Able to work after office hours when required
