Senior/ Operations Manager

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day polyclinic operations, ensuring effective staffing, resource utilization, and smooth service delivery
• Lead operational improvement projects to enhance workflows, systems, and clinic performance
• Drive service quality initiatives and implement best practices to strengthen patient experience and care standards
• Supervise, mentor, and develop operations staff, supporting capability building and a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with corporate office and multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute strategic business and operational initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 6-8 years of experience, 2-4 years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and workflow improvement track record.

• Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders onsite, 5.5-day work week
