Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations Management
. Oversee daily operations across all outlets to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.
. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
. Lead new outlet openings, business expansion planning, and operational restructuring when required.
. Drive performance improvements and standardization across outlets.
2. Financial & P&L Management
. Oversee full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for all outlets.
. Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and financial projections.
. Monitor revenue, food cost, labour cost, and operational expenses.
. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability and efficiency.
3. Leadership & Workforce Management
. Lead, supervise, and evaluate outlet managers and senior team members.
. Develop manpower planning strategies, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
. Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for management teams.
. Ensure proper workforce scheduling and productivity optimization.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, including SFA, NEA, MOM, and workplace safety requirements.
. Oversee hygiene standards, food safety protocols, and operational SOP implementation.
. Liaise with authorities and external stakeholders when necessary.
5. Quality & Customer Experience
. Ensure consistent customer service standards across all outlets.
. Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
. Develop service excellence programs and staff training frameworks.
6. Procurement & Vendor Management
. Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost management.
. Monitor inventory control systems and supply chain efficiency.
. Optimize procurement processes to ensure quality and cost competitiveness.
7. Business Development & Growth
. Identify revenue growth opportunities and new market segments.
. Support marketing strategies and promotional campaigns from an operational perspective.
. Analyze market trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
Authority & Decision-Making
. Authorized to make operational and budgetary decisions within approved limits.
. Responsible for recommending business expansion strategies and operational improvements to the Board/Director.
Requirements
. Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in senior management.
. Proven experience in multi-outlet management.
. Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills.
. Fluent in English.
