Senior / Operations Manager

Duties and responsibilities include:

. Overseeing providers for services i.e landscaping and so on.

. Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and grounds.

. Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained.

. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

. Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.

. Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.

. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.

. Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility. Do not mind assisting the ground on hands-on work when required i.e assisting to set up the function room etc.

. Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.

. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.

. Any others businesses as and when required by the Management.

- Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for higher position.
