THE ROLE
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for:
- Oversee daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams, including production supervisors, line leads, warehouse staff, and maintenance teams.
- Manage inventory, materials flow, and demand forecasting in coordination with supply chain and procurement teams.
- Analyze performance data and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, drive operational excellence and process improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Operations, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in food & beverage manufacturing and warehousing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, KPI management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
