Work closely with sales and trading teams to support all stages of the trade lifecycle, prepare end of the day report to be submitted for daily closure.
Monitor trade execution, confirmations, and settlements to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Oversee end-to-end settlement process for transactions, ensuring all trades settle accurately and timely.
Establishing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficient execution of AI and data-driven initiatives, and driving alignment between technical delivery and business strategy.
Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and investigate on discrepancies.
Perform weekly reconciliation of assets in clients account against statements.
Respond and resolve enquiries regarding trades and product subscription life-cycle.
Attend to Relationship Managers queries on trade reports and clients statement of account.
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose enhancements to improve operational effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to trading and settlement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3 to 4 years of experience in middle office operations, preferably within cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to cryptocurrencies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
Flexible working hours may be required to meet operational demands.
