Senior Operations Executive (Welfare Home)
- Salary : $4500 - $5,600
- Location: Buangkok
- Working hours: Mon - Friday 830am to 630pm
- Duty Officer shift - 7.30am to 7.30pm.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities within the Home
- Support manpower planning, staff deployment, and scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Oversee service standards to ensure residents receive care aligned with established care plans
- Address and follow up on feedback or concerns raised by residents and their families
- Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality
- Develop, review, and implement policies and SOPs in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MSF guidelines)
- Prepare and maintain policies related to resident care, medication handling, restraint procedures, visitor management, PDPA compliance, and complaint handling
- Conduct regular policy reviews and gap analysis to ensure consistency across departments
- Ensure compliance with licensing standards, audits, and inspections
- Support audit processes, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective actions
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and drive standardisation of processes across the Home
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members
- Provide guidance to staff and handle daily operational challenges
- Support performance evaluation and staff development initiatives
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement processes, and inventory management
- Maintain proper documentation to meet audit and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
- With at least 4 years of relevant experience in operations, governance, or compliance
- Prior experience in SOP development, policy writing, or quality assurance is advantageous
- Familiarity with MSF or social service/healthcare regulations is a plus
