Senior Operations Executive (Public Healthcare) HYN

Join the Healthcare Operations Management Team and play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of primary healthcare services.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate daily operations, manage manpower and resources, improve workflows, and support healthcare initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG.

The role also offers opportunities to be involved in service transformation, staff development, manpower planning, new facilities development and emergency preparedness.

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Positive, adaptable and resilient with strong multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
