Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the in-house workshop's production, ensuring efficient operations and consistent quality standards..
Manage workshop's consumables and equipment, ensuring their appropriate use and timely maintenance.
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions when required.
Support and continuously improve inventory control procedures, warehouse processes, and operational workflows.
Conduct rigorous quality checks on our products, both locally manufactured and sourced from overseas, to maintain high quality standards.
Process and coordinate stock transfers, returns, and other inventory movements.
Liaise with warehouses, logistics providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational coordination.
Any ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time as assigned by your manager
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field relevant experience will also be considered.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
The role may require occasional lifting, moving, and inspection of furniture and inventory items within the warehouse environment.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
Work Location & Schedule:
5 day work week: Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm
The successful candidate will be based primarily at our showroom office in Outram but will be required to conduct regular visits to our warehouse and other operational sites such as delivery venues in order to support business operations.
