Job description:
Manage shipping and cargo operations from Asia to Europe and USA
Liaise with customers in Asia, Europe and USA on all shipping and cargo operations matters
Liaise with buyers and suppliers in Asia and Europe on all cargo operations matters including but not limited to contracts, LC, invoices, loading and discharging of cargoes and demurrage calculations for bulk and container shipments
Handle and prepare all shipping documents including invoicing, bill of ladings, certificate of origin etc
Perform adhoc duties as required by the Director of the company
Requirements:
Candidates with 5 years of experience in shipping/trading operations
Well versed in Microsoft Office especially with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
Well versed with Adobe Acrobat
Diligent and meticulous with numbers
Able to work independently and think on his/her feet
Team player
Good communication skills
Able to follow instructions given by higher management
