Senior Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Salary: $3500 - $3800
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang)
Job Scope:
- Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
- Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
- Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations
- Maintain familiarity with regulations for various Singapore Authorities (eg: SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA etc)
- Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system
- Report to Operations Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in Air & Sea freight
- With team leading experience
- Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is an added advantage
