Job Purpose:
The Operations Executive responsibilities and ensure smooth operations within the foodcourt, which encompass end-to-end order processing. He / She aids in conflict resolution as well as supports the storage and deployment of products to clients.
Duties:
. Model, motivate, and communicate regularly to all site staff on the mission, vision, and core values
. Guide, coach, and inspect daily and ad-hoc cleaning jobs and tasks are performed according to clients expectations and SOPs guidelines
. Conduct and monitor effective OJT training to all new cleaning staff based on the training to achieve operational excellence and skillsets
. Attend to all feedbacks or complaints from clients and take immediate measures to solve the issues and prevent future recurrence
. To place an order, replenish, monitor, and track cleaning material stock and equipment to achieve minimum wastage
. Conduct and upkeep proper record for the foodcourt's tenants. Toolbox meeting staff safety Induction and all relevant Workplace Safety & Health documentation
. Support Ops Managers in improving work processes, productivity, and performances

. Preferred with Experience in foodcourt
