. Lead and supervise a team of operations executives to ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
. Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth sales operations by providing timely and accurate support. This may include assisting with order management, tracking, and analysis.
. Manage special projects as assigned by management, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and within budget.
. Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to management to track performance and identify trends.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
. Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices.
. Collect, analyse and interpret data to drive operational improvements and identify areas of inefficiency.
Qualifications
. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree/bachelor's degree in business management or related field
. Minimum of 3 years to 5 years of working experience in related field
. Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
. Experienced in systems: SAP ERP System, Microsoft CRM system would be an added advantage
