Senior Operation Manager | Semicon

Key Responsibilities

. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setting up and implementing career development plans for all direct reports and resolving problems as they arise.
. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
. Manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing responsibilities across various business lines, such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
. Ensure and perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
. Work with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
. Work closely with the COO on other special planning and departmental projects.
. Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
. Oversee materials and inventory management.
. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to management.
. Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, and updates.

Job Requirements

. Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
. 3+ years proven experience in an operations management position in Precision Engineering industries.
. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
. Experience budgeting and forecasting.
. Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and set priorities.
. Strong team player.
