About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store(s), lead a team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth execution of processes
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize shrinkage
- Achieve sales targets and control operating costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Analyze store performance and prepare reports for management
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them professionally
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
