We are actively hiring entrepreneurial oil traders who want to own what they do - strategy, risk, and results - while leveraging a strong balance sheet and proven infrastructure.

This role is ideal for traders operating in niche markets, cross‑barrel strategies, or non‑consensus ideas that require flexibility and trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated oil trading portfolio with full P&L accountability
• Execute physical and/or derivatives strategies across oil and cross‑barrels
• Identify relative value, arbitrage, and structural trading opportunities
• Maintain risk discipline in line with internal controls
• Engage closely with commercial, risk, and operations teams
• Contribute to the strategic expansion of the oil trading platform

Requirements

• Experienced physical oil trader
• Proven consistency of results through different market conditions
• Possess your own niche physical oil trading book
• Clear differentiation in how you make money
• Comfort operating independently with full accountability
• Commercial creativity balanced with risk awareness
• Professional approach to counterparties and internal stakeholders
