Job Description

General Description

The primary responsibility is to support the PDD initiative. The PDD initiative is to an APAC Land drive to streamline and automate our process across the entire organization. The candidate will work with different teams to identify automation possibility. Subsequently, the candidate will plan, design, develop and implement the automation solutions and business process improvement. The candidate is also responsible for ensuring that implementation is completed as expected. The candidate is also responsible for the system utilization together with the key stakeholders to achieve Regional KPI goals.

Specific Accountabilities

Systems and Innovation

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and put them into actionable insights specifically for digitalization and productivity improvement.
  • Solution, configure and implement systems to meet business requirements in TMS.
  • Working with the Head of Road to identify future trends for Road and preparation of a plan to get ahead of the curve.
  • Review of existing process and identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitating business focused communication between stakeholders, including developers, data scientists and business units to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for EDI, API projects.
  • Recommend and implement system-related changes and ensure a successful transition to what's new by fully understanding the business process.
  • Conduct system-related trainings and provide functional support to the super-users and end-users
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards through SOP.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Logistics operation, Logistics engineering or IT-related discipline.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, words, outlook, etc)
  • Basic knowledge and experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • 1-2 years in systems implementation / business process related experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on customer value and business outcomes
  • Programming knowledge (SQL, Python)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English) fluency in other Asian Languages a plus.
  • Team player with a strong motivation and good working attitude and ability to learn quickly.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Keen eye for process improvement.
