Job Summary
Personal Financial Services designs and provides products and services that empower customers to enjoy greater banking convenience and extract more value from their money, focusing on promoting healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers financial needs to deliver timely, tailored advice and recommendations that align with their banking requirements
- Drive sales and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of consumer banking and investment products, including insurance, structured deposits, and unit trusts, to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with new and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and business growth
- Apply diligence and integrity to execute advisory procedures and maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements
- Leverage the Bank's branch network, tele-consulting, and referral channels to expand customer reach and optimize sales performance
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment by demonstrating resourcefulness and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage work schedules flexibly, including extended hours, to meet business demands
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and drive to deliver superior service
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum recognized degree or diploma in a relevant field
