Support people and corporate operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintenance of employee records and HR systems, and preparation of basic HR reports and regulatory submissions.
Provide administrative and logistical support for company and management operations, including office administration processes, coordination of management and board meetings, preparation of materials and minutes, post-meeting follow-ups, and general office administration.
Support internal coordination and day-to-day operations, including employee engagement activities, internal communications, procurement-related administration, liaison with building management, and other duties as assigned.
Support corporate communications and branding initiatives, including contribution to marketing and communications strategies, coordination of brand identity across traditional and digital platforms, and preparation of corporate communications materials such as press releases and internal announcements.
Provide coordination and execution support for corporate and marketing-related events, including stakeholder liaison, content preparation, and on-site support as required.
