Senior Officer of the Sales Department

・Build and deepen relationships with Japanese corporate clients and drive sales activities in deposits, loans, and foreign exchange.

・Provide solutions to address clients diverse needs.

・Gather information on syndicated loan opportunities and research ASEAN financial markets.

・Coordinate and negotiate with arrangers/agent banks (Japanese banks, local banks, and other financial institutions).

・Conduct borrower rating assessment draft credit approval/loan application documents and discuss them with the credit review department in Japan (in Japanese) and submit self-assessment applications to Head Office.

・Perform customer identification and verification tasks for borrowers (KYC/CDD).

・Handle sales department administrative work (e.g., preparing agreements/contracts and executing/disbursing loans).

・Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with other sections within the branch and with Head Office in Japan.

・Attend cross-departmental training across multiple units to gain familiarity with the branch's operational workflows.
