This role is responsible for processing online corporate account opening applications in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and service standards. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth, efficient, and customercentric onboarding experience for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Prospects: Reach out to prospective clients to introduce UOB's online account opening platform and guide them through the application process.
  • Address Client Enquiries: Manage and resolve client queries related to account opening requirements, processes, and documentation.
  • Perform Due Diligence: Conduct Requests for Information (RFI) and perform due diligence checks to ensure applications meet the Bank's onboarding and compliance requirements.
  • Secure Approvals: Coordinate and obtain necessary approvals for account opening in a timely manner.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with internal processing teams to set up ancillary services for newly opened accounts.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records and provide timely data reporting for internal tracking and audit purposes.
  • Support Functions: Undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support team operations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable presenting products/services over the phone and managing client feedback and inquiries.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer due diligence or onboarding functions.
  • Fresh graduates with the right attributes are welcome to apply.
