Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with demonstrable experience in an operational or support role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with banking-specific systems.
