OVERVIEW
Our client is a major Japanese financial services company that provides leasing, installment sales, and financing, including ship and real estate finance, to diverse industries.
Assist the Marketing Department on all aspects of client service, support preparation and checking of contractual documents for providing financial facilities to Corporate Customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support in daily administrative duties within the department, including operational and marketing administrative duties.
Checking and handling entire contractual life cycle management, from managing Credit Facility Approvals, to Purchase Orders, New Contracts, Contract Amendments, Contract Termination, Contract Maturity, Existing and Expired Contracts.
Regular updating of Customers and Suppliers data.
Accurate data entry of credit application, contract acceptance and disbursement information into internal systems.
Generating business reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy of documents submitted to be compliant with company rules and regulations.
Support SOP manual creation and/or update as required.
Other ad-hoc admin duties inclusive of
Arrangement of courier services
Liaison with other stakeholders on behalf of Marketing Department, etc
Assist in answering general sales enquiries and phone calls
Requirements
Min. Diploma or Degree, in business related field.
Experience in the asset finance / structured finance will be beneficial.
Experience of documentation process and IT system development will be advantageous.
Meticulous and conscientious in producing quality work.
Strong team player and enjoy working in cohesive environment.
