Job Summary
Execute general administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner to ensure seamless day-to-day department operations. The role also supports vendor coordination, documentation, financial tracking and providing logistical support for marketing campaigns, tenant engagement initiatives and events.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for mall marketing campaigns, tenant and community engagement activities
- Assist with onsite logistical coordination of events and post-event administration of reimbursement and documentation
- Support administrative processes for revenue-related activities such as preparation of license agreements and tracking of payment for media and promotional spaces
- Perform general departmental administrative duties including processing of quotations and invoices, budget and expense tracking, inventory management, vendor onboarding, and maintenance of records and filing systems
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
