Responsibilities
Job Description
- Perform opening of CPFIS and SRS accounts
- Perform KYC and any other relating account opening functions
- Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy meet agreed SLA consistently
- Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review processes and identify opportunity to streamline the operational workflow and improve overall efficiency
- Track and capture key operations MIS for management report
- Collaborate closely with various functions to review queries, complaints, operational problems to ensure that they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
- Support business plans and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in account opening and related activities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organised and proactively provide suggestions for processing improvements
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Quick learner and able to multi-task
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed-oriented with good risk awareness
- Computer literacy
