About the Company:

Our client is a well-established private paediatric therapy provider in Singapore, offering child-centred and evidence-based intervention services for children with developmental and learning needs. The organization works closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to support children's development, independence and overall well-being.

Job Responsibilities

. Conduct occupational therapy assessments for infants, children and adolescents with developmental, sensory, physical and learning needs.

. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support children's motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, attention, self-care and functional independence.

. Monitor and document children's progress, adjusting therapy plans as required.

. Work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support each child's development.

. Provide parents and caregivers with home-based therapy strategies and recommendations.

. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in accordance with professional standards.

. Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, professional development and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

. Degree or recognized professional qualification in Occupational Therapy.

. Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, with a valid Practising Certificate.

. At least 1 year of relevant Occupational Therapy experience, in a paediatric setting.

. Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism, sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, learning difficulties or other developmental / neurological conditions is an advantage.

. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, intervention and documentation skills.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.

. Patient, empathetic and child-centred approach.

. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
