As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assess physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily functioning.
- Provide therapeutic interventions (exercises, adaptive techniques, assistive tools).
- Recommend environmental adaptations for safety and accessibility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists, etc.).
- Educate patients and families on techniques for improved independence.
- Track and document patient progress.
- Specialize in areas like geriatrics, or neurological rehabilitation.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Master in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
