Senior/ Nurse Manager

• Company: Luxury nursing home (aged care)
• Location: Bishan
• Schedule: 5-day work week | Mon to Fri. 8.30am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Care: Work with the Head of Nursing to shape personalized care models and nursing strategy.
• Governance & Standards: Formulate SOPs, conduct clinical/infection control audits, and ensure MOH licensing compliance.
• People & Capability: Lead nurse recruitment, coaching, training initiatives, and staff development.
• Operational Oversight: Conduct client rounds, evaluate nursing quality, and manage safety and infection prevention.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore's ILTC landscape
• Clinical governance expertise
• Passion for aged care innovation.
