We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior / Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality care delivery within a healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the nursing team, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to maintain quality patient care standards
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, nursing policies, and clinical protocols
- Support manpower planning, staff scheduling, and deployment
- Monitor nursing care standards and support quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in staff training, development, and competency upgrading
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient care delivery
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation exercises
- Maintain proper nursing documentation, SOPs, and operational processes
- Assist Management with operational and nursing improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing license
- Valid BCLS certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or nursing home environment preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
