This role is designed for an experienced academic professional who will contribute to the early-stage
development of the Nursing programme at GSTM. The appointee will support curriculum
development, academic delivery. The position offers progression ( only if the candidate accepts ) a Programme Lead role as the programme expands
. Deliver lectures, tutorials, and clinical skills training across nursing-related modules.
. Supervise student assignments and final projects.
. Support the development of teaching materials and assessment frameworks.
. Apply evidence-based and practical teaching approaches suited to industry standards.
Assistance in answering queries to External University Partnerships ( Paid project)
. Help in queries from overseas partner universities on academic matters, module alignment, and progression pathways.
. Support communication with healthcare institutions and industry stakeholders.
. Represent the programme in meetings when required.
. Engage in scholarly activities or applied research where appropriate.
. Support the growth of a positive academic culture within the School.
. Master's degree (PhD preferred but not mandatory) in Nursing or related healthcare discipline.
. Registered Nurse (RN) status in Singapore or recognised equivalent.
. Minimum 5 years of academic and/or clinical experience.
. Experience in curriculum development or programme coordination preferred.
. Ability to work independently and contribute in a developing academic environment.
. Experience in international academic collaboration is an advantage.
