Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and consultants, to provide high-quality patient care. Maintain precise nursing documentation and clinical records while managing related administrative tasks. Ensure sufficient stock levels of medical supplies to support efficient ward operations. Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to nurses and healthcare assistants to maintain outstanding patient care standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent. Registration with the relevant nursing authority with a valid practising certificate. Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Prior experience in a supervisory or clinical leadership capacity is advantageous.
