Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise network environments across production, disaster recovery, and testing, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
- Implement security hardening, upgrades, and vulnerability patching across network and infrastructure systems proactively.
- Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures aligned with strict service level agreements.
- Drive infrastructure projects, supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and deployments within defined timelines and governance frameworks.
- Monitor capacity, performance, and lifecycle of network systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence consistently.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, NAC solutions.
- Strong experience in network administration across production, disaster recovery, and testing environments with high availability requirements.
- Proven ability in troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term preventive solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, data center operations, and hybrid infrastructure environments across enterprise scale organizations.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, CCSA, or equivalent network and security credentials preferred.
