The Role

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
- Manage network performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN/WAN environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering
- Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and network protocols
- Proficient in firewall, VPN, and network security solutions
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work on shift timings (with shift allowance)
