What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers as the .NET and SQL technical expert. Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and portals using .NET (Framework/Core), C#, and SQL Server. Architect and optimise SQL Server databases and stored procedures (mandatory). Oversee the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate with external systems and deliver business value. Champion best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years hands-on experience in .NET application development and maintenance. Solid expertise in .NET coding (4.8 mandatory and core). Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related technologies. Deep expertise in SQL Server and stored procedures (mandatory). Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and 360-degree thinking skills. Demonstrated experience in application performance, optimisation, and security management. Proven ability to lead, guide, and develop technical teams. Strong grasp of OOP, n-tier architecture, and agile methodologies. Experience in Azure development environments. Passion for learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions. Microsoft/Azure certifications. Experience with AI technologies, cloud security, and automated testing
