What You'll Do

. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers as the .NET and SQL technical expert.

. Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and portals using .NET (Framework/Core), C#, and SQL Server.

. Architect and optimise SQL Server databases and stored procedures (mandatory).

. Oversee the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate with external systems and deliver business value.

. Champion best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

. 5+ years hands-on experience in .NET application development and maintenance.

. Solid expertise in .NET coding (4.8 mandatory and core).

. Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related technologies.

. Deep expertise in SQL Server and stored procedures (mandatory).

. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and 360-degree thinking skills.

. Demonstrated experience in application performance, optimisation, and security management.

. Proven ability to lead, guide, and develop technical teams.

. Strong grasp of OOP, n-tier architecture, and agile methodologies.

. Experience in Azure development environments.

. Microsoft/Azure certifications.

. Experience with AI technologies, cloud security, and automated testing.
