Senior Murex Front Office Lead

Responsibilities:
. Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
. Hands-on business analysis role in analyzing and proposing solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements.
. Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
. Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
. Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Description:
. 8+ years of experience in Murex with a strong focus on Front Office modules.
Deep hands-on expertise in:
. FO Simulation Engine & Pre-trade Debugging
. Trade Lifecycle Management
. P&L and PLVA Analysis
. Market Data & Curve Configuration
. GOM (Global Order Manager)
. e-Trade Pad & Booking Workflows
Strong working knowledge of:
. MSL (Murex Scripting Language)
. SQL (advanced level)
. Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
. Strong understanding of financial products across asset classes (Rates, FX, Credit, Derivatives).
. Demonstrated ability to work directly with Front Office stakeholders and manage high-impact incidents.
. Ability to operate independently at a principal/SME level in high-stakes environments.
