Key Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory-scale and pilot-scale studies to define process design space and enhance process robustness.
• Plan and execute technology transfer activities and prepare comprehensive transfer packages for manufacturing sites.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve process and manufacturing deviations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Author, review, and maintain batch records, cleaning records, and other technical documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Support process safety assessments, cleaning validation activities, and regulatory readiness during manufacturing campaigns.
• Coach operators and junior scientists, sharing practical knowledge and promoting best practices across teams.
