Our client, a leading foreign bank, is looking for highly driven experienced mortgage specialists to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with property agents, brokers, and external stakeholders to maximize mortgage loan referrals.
- Engage a diverse client base, from affluent individuals to mass market customers through inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Own the end-to-end mortgage application journey, ensuring seamless processing and superior customer experience.
- Represent the bank at property show flats, networking events, and promotional campaigns, including off-hours and weekends when required.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to help position our mortgage offerings competitively.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Min 2 years proven experience in banking sales, preferably within retail mortgage products
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage regulatory frameworks a plus
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth
