Job Summary
Exciting opportunity to drive mortgage loan growth by managing end-to-end processes and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to generate mortgage referrals.
- Acquire and grow mortgage loan business for residential and commercial properties.
- Offer clients a comprehensive suite of products, including bancassurance and priority banking solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold organisational values and code of conduct.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risk and compliance issues promptly.
- Stay updated on mortgage strategies, real estate market trends, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience, preferably in mortgage products.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's real estate market and mortgage regulations.
- Proven ability to work effectively with external partners and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in retail mortgage sales is an added advantage.
