Job Description

We're looking for experienced L3 engineers to join our global Mobile Experience team in APJ. You'll be the go-to expert for Apple and mobile platforms, enabling follow-the-sun support and solving complex technical issues for enterprise users.

Responsibilities:

-Own APJ coverage for global support operations.
-Provide advanced L3 support for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro.
-Manage Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune incidents and coordinate escalations.
-Create and maintain clear Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).
-Test, evaluate, and provide feedback on new mobile & Apple technologies.

Requirements :
-L3 support experience for Apple Mac & mobile devices.
-Hands-on with Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune.
-Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and ability to work independently in APJ hours.
-Experience creating technical documentation.
-Good to have : Scripting/automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Swift)
