Our client is building a new Global Engineering Organization (GEO) to strengthen internal software delivery, improve production ownership, and build long-term engineering capability. They are now looking for a Senior Mobile QA / Test Automation Engineer to drive the quality of Android mobile applications used across warehouse, inventory, logistics, image capture, and operational workflows.
This hands-on role works closely with Android Engineers, Product / Delivery Managers, Architects, DevOps, DBA, and warehouse operations users. The position focuses on mobile test strategy, automation, release quality, UAT support, device validation, and production readiness across its mobile technology landscape.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of QA experience with strong focus on mobile application testing and test automation.
- Hands-on experience testing native Android applications in production environments.
- Strong experience with Appium, Espresso, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar automation tools.
- Experience validating Android applications using Kotlin/Java-based mobile ecosystems.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, test management processes, defect management, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience testing warehouse, logistics, inventory, supply chain, ERP, or operational business applications.
- Experience validating barcode scanning, camera-based workflows, image capture, synchronization, and offline functionality.
- Strong understanding of mobile release lifecycle, application deployments, and production support processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data validation, and backend integration testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
