Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, month-end closing)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Prepare and submit GST filings and other statutory requirements
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents on accounting matters
- Assist in year-end closing and audit schedules
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Support process improvements and accounting system enhancements
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm or handling multiple clients
- Strong experience in full set accounting
- Knowledge of Singapore compliance (GST, ACRA, IRAS requirements)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
