Senior/Medical Social Worker

You will provide psycho-social support for patients and their families, including psycho-social and financial assessment, casework, counselling and home-visits and work closely with other multi-disciplinary professionals. You are required to liaise with community service organisations and agencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work
• Registered with the Singapore Association of Social Workers
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
• Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred
• Passion to serve and provide good patient care
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in varied setting
• Good in analytical and interviewing skills
