Job Description
- Develop compelling video concepts aligned with organisational goals and key campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports community engagement and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct research, scripting, and storyboarding to create emotionally engaging and strategically aligned narratives.
- Capture authentic, real-life stories from communities and stakeholders to inspire positive action.
- Lead and manage all aspects of video production, including direction, cinematography, lighting, and sound.
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective production while meeting project timelines.
- Edit and produce video content aligned with organisational vision and communication objectives.
- Enhance videos with graphics, music, and other elements to maximise storytelling impact.
- Optimise and adapt content for various digital platforms to improve accessibility and engagement.
- Implement innovative video strategies and storytelling approaches aligned with current digital trends.
- Contribute to overall engagement strategies through impactful and audience focused video content.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end video production (pre-production, filming, and post-production)
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and meaningful narratives.
- Proficiency in video editing and production software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
- Ability to apply both traditional and innovative videography techniques.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
- Able to work on weekends when required.
