As a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Global Facilities, you will be responsible for...

Project and Engineering Support

  • Supporting design and construction of facility mechanical systems for site projects and expansions
  • Contributing to sustainability and technology transfer initiatives (Alpha to Beta)
  • Reviewing and supporting approval of facility-related capital expenditure projects
  • Collaborating with central engineering, construction, and planning teams

Reliability and Operations

  • Supporting system reliability improvement projects, including quality improvements and end-of-life replacements
  • Participating in root cause analysis and failure investigations
  • Contributing to preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Analyzing system and equipment performance and recommend improvements

Collaboration and Communication

  • Working closely with site engineering and operations teams on system performance
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives such as business continuity, quality improvement, and safety programs
  • Sharing lessons learned and best practices across sites

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of facility engineering experience
  • Mechanical systems design and operations
  • Understanding of reliability engineering and maintenance strategies
  • Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, or system improvement
