NES Fircroft is currently recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer to manage the design, engineering and execution phases of large-scale Offshore Oil & Gas projects, overseeing the EPC contractor.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical design and engineering services to the project ensuring project is progressing in accordance with agreed quality, scheduling and HSE scopes.
- Provide engineering expertise through concept stage, engineering, FEED, detailed design and execution.
- Directly responsible for ensuring that all contractors/sub-contractors supporting the project are delivering against agreed contractual deliverables, and managing any changes requiring contractual changes to scope and deliverables.
- Acting as sole single-point technical responsible party for the project within Mechanical Engineering
Experience required for this role:
- Experience as Mechanical Engineering technical responsibility for an Oil & Gas owner/operator on an offshore Oil & Gas project
- 15 years experience with offshore Oil & Gas projects from FEED through to execution
- Experienced with offshore Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Chartered status or higher engineering certifications and qualifications are advantageous
