Senior Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) - D

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SeniorMechanical Engineer (ACMV) to lead the design, coordination, and executionof air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. This role requiresstrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project management skills, andexperience working on large-scale developments in Singapore.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ACMV systems (chilled water, VRV/VRF, ventilation)
• Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee installation, testing & commissioning (T&C) of ACMV systems
• Ensure compliance with local codes and standards such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), National Environment Agency (NEA), and relevant SS standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Drive energy efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

Possess min Diploma in Mechanical or SpecialistDiploma in Building Service or Diploma in Facility Management

Minimum 8 to 10 years related experience.

Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, air distribution, and ventilation design

Strong project management and coordination skills

Good communication skill

Salary Range:$5,000.00 to $6,500.00
