Key Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast monthly and weekly installation schedules for projects.
- Anticipate potential site issues and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with site-in-charge for work arrangements and manpower planning.
- Liaise with suppliers for material and equipment delivery by raising MERF for approval.
- Attend regular project meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Monitor, coordinate and supervise site execution to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and submit method statements, risk assessments and shop drawings.
- Submit progress reports and progress claims.
- Ensure design and M&E works meet client and project requirements.
- Conduct pre-inspection and post-delivery inspection of materials and equipment.
- Inspect site installation works for quality and compliance.
- Carry out joint site inspections with client representatives.
- Perform pre-testing and commissioning activities.
- Rectify defects and outstanding works.
- Prepare as-built drawings for joint inspection.
- Compile Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for client acceptance.
- Support final account settlement including variation orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience managing LTA projects (ACMV, fire protection, ducting works)
- Strong knowledge of construction and M&E systems
- Good coordination and project management skills
