Manage and execute Master Data activities of assigned country to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Responsible for timely and accurate financial and analytical reports to Manager, Master Data.
Responsible for managing key stakeholders and internal customers including cluster country FDs, country business users, internal control teams, external auditors etc.
Review, validate and execute Master Data requests in compliance with Internal Control and governance requirements.
Perform validation of master data request, which includes but not limited to review of supporting documents, perform validity check and call backs.
Address and resolve issues relating to Master Data.
Ensure that good internal controls and Master Data practice are met in accordance with group policies.
Actively participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives which may involve activities such as defining requirements, change impact assessment and UAT.
Requirements:
Relevant Finance and Accounting experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment will be preferred.
Participated in more than 1 system implementation/ automation project. Involved in either requirement gathering, change impact assessment or user acceptance testing will be desirable.
Candidates with strong Master Data experience will be at an advantage.
Ability to lead and present at team meetings. Ability to resolve conflicts or propose resolution plan within the team.
Possessing industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be at an advantage.
Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing and analyzing financial data.
